Return and Exchange Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive the product to apply for a return or exchange. Return and exchange applications after 30 days will not be accepted.
Product Status: The returned bag must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and complete with accessories. All tags and bags (if any) should be intact and accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation email.
Special products: Customized models, promotional products, clearance products, gifts and personal care products may not be subject to the return and exchange policy. Please confirm whether the product meets the return and exchange conditions before purchasing.
2. Return and Exchange Process
Contact Customer Service: When you decide to return or exchange, please first contact us by email or our online customer service system. We will provide the return and exchange address and detailed steps.
Packing goods: Please ensure that the returned bag is intact and use the original packaging or appropriate packaging to protect the goods and avoid damage during transportation.
Mailing return: Mail the bag to the specified address. When returning the goods, you need to pay the return shipping cost, unless the goods have quality problems or we have shipped them by mistake.
3. Return and exchange costs
Return shipping costs: Unless the goods have quality problems or we have shipped them by mistake, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service so that you can track the status of the return.
Exchange: If you need to exchange goods, we will process it according to your request, but you may need to pay additional shipping costs (if applicable). If the price of the exchanged goods is different, the difference will be adjusted through the original payment method.
4. Refund
Refund method: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be refunded through your original payment method, and the specific time depends on the processing speed of your bank or payment platform.
Refund amount: The refund will include the original purchase amount of the goods, but will not include the return shipping costs (unless the goods have quality problems or we have shipped them by mistake). If you purchase an item using a coupon or promotional code, the refund will be processed based on the actual amount you paid.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange Conditions: If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, color or size, please follow the above return and exchange process. Exchange items will be subject to stock availability. If the item you choose is out of stock, we will contact you to provide other options or a refund.
Exchange Application: Please provide your order information and specific requirements for the item you want to exchange when applying for an exchange.
6. Non-returnable items
The following items are not subject to the return and exchange policy:

Discounted items during promotions
Gifts or accessories
Used items, items that have been washed or have obvious wear and tear
Items damaged or lost due to personal reasons of the purchaser
7. After-sales Service
Quality Issues: If the item you received has quality issues (such as stitching problems, damaged accessories, color differences, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide return or repair services, and the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
Wrong items: If we send the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will replace the correct product for you and bear all related costs.
8. Disclaimer
We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal reasons of the buyer (such as dislike, color mismatch, style mismatch, etc.). Please read the product description and size information carefully before purchasing to ensure that the purchase meets your needs.
